what is soft sensory play?

Soft play equipment is used to create a safe, structured environment that allows young children to climb, discover, explore, and play. Soft play is typically intended for children from infancy - 6yo.  

ARE YOU ABLE TO SETUP OUTSIDE?

Yes, we are able to setup your event outside! However, our soft play packages do require a shaded or tented environment. This is important in order to ensure the equipment stays cool and does not prevent littles from using it safely, as well as to  protect the quality of our equipment and to prevent any UV damage. We do offer shade tent add-ons if needed.

Please note: We do not setup outside in damp, rainy, or snowy weather. This is for the safety of the littles and to protect the quality of our equipment. Please see our "Inclement Weather Policy" for further information.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SOFT PLAY?

There are many benefits to soft play. To name a few, soft play encourages motor development and physical activity through stepping, climbing, crawling, and jumping. It also helps develop social skills and imaginative play. This type of learning ignites curiosity in children, which stems enthusiasm for learning and helps to build their capacity to learn and form relationships.

ARE YOU INSURED?

YES! We carry general liability insurance and possess the appropriate requirements for most public parks and venues in San Diego County, the Denver Metro Area and their neighboring cities. 

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes! We offer a 10% military discount with proof of service.

HOW OFTEN AND WHAT DO YOU USE TO CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT?

Germs. Ick! As first time parents and business owners, we sincerely care about the cleanliness of our products. All of the equipment, including our ball pool balls, are clean and well maintained, using a non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solution. Every piece of equipment is meticulously cleaned before and after every event to ensure proper sanitation.

WHAT AGES IS SOFT PLAY SUITABLE FOR?

Soft play equipment is used to create a safe, structured environment that allows young children to climb, discover, explore, and play. Soft play is typically intended for children from infancy - 6yo.

However, our large ball pool and custom ball pools are suitable for any age.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PACKAGE?

Every package varies, so please reference each location for their respective packages. All packages, both in Denver & San Diego include delivery and white glove assembly.

WHAT CITIES/AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO AND ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY FEES?

Reservations

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

In all honesty, the earlier the better. While it varies month-to-month, we suggest booking at least one to two months in advance in order to secure your desired date, package and time. We have been known to completely book out one month in advance.

WE ONLY NEED IT FOR A COUPLE HOURS, DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Our pricing is based on usage for up to four (4) hours. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the event will result in the loss of the 25% deposit. No refund of the deposit will be given if outdoor parties are unable to go ahead due to rain or other adverse weather conditions; however, we will provide a change of date if available.

HOW DO I BOOK MY EVENT?

You are able to book your party directly through our website, Facebook or Instagram.

Select your desired package, click “book now” and it will prompt you to select your event date and time. 

We require a 25% deposit to reserve your event. 

Please Note: If you are unable to select your desired date, it means the date is unavailable and we are completely booked for that day. Please email us through our contact form so we can reach out should we have any cancellations. 

At this time, we are able to accommodate four (4) parties per day per location.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

Final payment is due 24hrs prior to your event.

You will receive a reminder email with a secure link to your final payment about five (5) days prior to your event. If needed, final payment can also be made via cash, Venmo or PayPal on a request basis.

ARE WE ABLE TO RENT FOR LONGER THAN 4 HOURS?

Absolutely! Additional hours may be added for $50/hr.

If you're wanting to rent for multiple days, please contact us to determine the rate.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, & Venmo.
We do not accept checks.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit to reserve your event date and equipment. The deposit will be applied to your total rental cost.

WILL YOU SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN THE PLAY AREA?

Yes, we offer white glove set-up and breakdown of the play area on the day of your scheduled event. We will arrive up to 2hrs prior to the start of your event to ensure everything is assembled, cleaned and to your expectations prior to the arrival of your first guest.

LESS THAN DESIRABLE WEATHER IS FORECASTED, WILL YOU STILL SETUP IN INCLEMENT WEATHER?

We understand that less than desirable weather happens. In the event your outdoor party is unable to be accommodated inside OR in the event the weather has its own agenda the morning of your event, we're looking at you Denver, we will work with you to reschedule your ever, we will work with you to reschedule your party within 60-days of your original date. 

We do require seven (7) day advanced cancellation in order to receive a refund for your deposit.

DO YOU OFFER SUPERVISION?

At this time, we do not.

ARE ADULTS ALLOWED IN THE SOFT PLAY AREA?

Yes, adults are allowed inside of the play area to provide support and supervision. Teens and adults should not sit or play on equipment (excluding foam flooring), as it will cause damage in which you will be liable for should it need to be replaced.

HOW EARLY WILL YOU ARRIVE TO SET-UP?

We will arrive up to 2hrs prior to the start of your event to ensure everything is assembled, cleaned and to your expectations prior to the arrival of your first guest.

We will advise you of our arrival time at least 24hrs prior to your event.
