All rentals are up to 4 hours from the time you are setup or until 7:00 pm, which ever comes first. Exceptions can be made on a per request basis.


A 25% booking deposit is required at time of booking in order to secure your date and time. 


Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the event will result in the loss of the 25% deposit. No refund of the deposit will be given if outdoor parties are unable to go ahead due to rain or other adverse weather conditions; however, we will provide a change of date if available.

Ensure all party supplies have been removed from soft play equipment at the time of pick up. All equipment shall be returned in the manner it was delivered as deemed by Pint Size Party at the time of pick up or a $50 cleaning fee will be charged, this amount must be paid within 7 days of the event. Any damaged or stolen soft play equipment will be chargeable at an appropriate amount, i.e. cost or repair or replacement.
